Hi All - Looking for some direct advice on how to rough in a drain for a utility sink. The current setup is shown in the linked pic. Not too much room at the base of the vent stack to rework connections. Plan to install stacked W/D on the left and sink on the right. Also was planning to convert to PEX for the sink water lines - what is the best way to transition from wonderful CPVC to PEX? Thank you in advance.

This would be the easiest way to add a laundry tray to the washer standpipe.

You can transition to PEX with a fitting like this first, or also a Sharkbite type fitting.
