Hi everyone - 1st time posters & newbie lurker ;)

I have a Navien NPE240A mounted on the side of the house in Richmond, VA.

Has performed flawlessly for 5 years.
But within last year, noticed that my area has a couple more electrical brown-outs than combine prior 4 years.
More flickering = more worries.

So electronics protection (circuit panel) combined with freeze protection (circulation) is a need.
Was thinking of getting a pure sine UPS - Home PC type (CyberPower or APC) - but want to seek advice if the UPS can be wired from inside under a conditioned crawl space?

In other words - wired to the back of the outside AC plug that is feeding the outside tankless?
