Hi. I have a 2 pipe goulds J10 pump at my house.
It loses enough pressure over about 3 minutes to cycle.

As I understand it, I could have a leak in one of the black PE pipes, or else a check valve is leaking.
Is the check valve in the foot valve or the inground jet assembly?

Other causes?

Many thanks,
Bryan

Foot valve is a check valve with a screen. So foot valve.

If you can see the two pipes going down the well the leak could be in the pipe and/or the foot valve. If you can only see one pipe it could be the leathers in the packer leaking.
