(1) If i want a diverter-tub-spout reach to be 5.25" is that hard to find?
I want the water to flow down 5.25" from the wall-tiling.

For example, in this URL, it shows a 5.5" spout length, but the spout-reach is only 5.188" rather than 5.25"

(2) If a Delta XYZ-handle is stated to be compatible with the 13/14 Series, then which parts must be available along with XYZ-handle in order for the handle to be connectible to the valve/cartridge/etc. of another model that's within the 13/14 Series?
Because for all i know, maybe XYZ-handle doesn't need extra parts. Maybe the parts that ALREADY come with the valve/cartridge/faceplate/handle of ANY 13/14 model, can be connectable to ANY XYZ-handle of the 13/14 series...
