Any durable Moen trim-kits featuring these criteria?

Hi, I'm considering the merits of a Chrome Moen trim-kit (vs. Delta), but my criteria are:

I want the Moen Handle-Lever to be cylindrically-rounded (similar to Delta's cassidy or H712 handle.

Also i want the diverter-tub-spout as follows:
..the water should flow down 5 1/4" from tile wall. I guess that means 5.25" tub-spout reach.

Anyone know of durable Moen trim-kits featuring those criteria? Thanks.
