Tub Faucet Hole Too Big

During COVID my husband redid our bathroom and installed a new fiberglass shower surround. When he cut the hole for the tub spout, he measured incorrectly and cut the hole in the wrong spot. We are now getting ready to list our house for sale. Is there anything we can do to hide the hole? I cant seem to find a cover that is large enough.

Sell the house "AS IS" as trying to conceal this humongous hole would require a very large escutcheon and it would raise concerns as what is hidden behind it
