We’ve had this toilet for a bout 2 years and really like it. Today I noticed it was making a leaking/running sound. Looked in the tank and the water from the tank was overflowing into the white tube, as well as dribbling into the tube. We turned the water valve off to stop wasting it and when we tried to turn it back on again, the tank is filling up with the dribble—i.e., very, very slowly. Any ideas? We don’t recognize any of the parts in there!

Toto uses more than one type of fill valve in their toilets. One common one is made for them by Korky. If it is one of those, the repair is quick, simple, and doesn't require any tools. If it's something else, it may need replacement of the whole fill valve.

So, go to www.korky.com and look at their Quietfill valve. If the shape is the same, it's made by them, and the cap seal is what you need (about $3 or so most places).

2-years is a bit short on the life unless your water pressure is quite high or your water has a lot of chlorine like chemicals in it.
