A few years ago, I purchased a toto drake based on recommendations here. It has worked flawlessly until the other day. After the toilet flushes there is a 4-5 second delay before the tank fills. What can I do to troubleshoot the delay? thanks, jd

You can ignore it, try to clean the valve, or replace the cap assembly (about $3 at Lowes). Most of the Toto toilets use a valve made by Korky.
