I fixed my water problem in the house by changing the feed, it was coming from a well point and now with barrels manually feed by water source, I have 50 to 60 psi but my toilet tank takes about 5 to 6 minutes to refill, I checked online and I am trying to see if the fill valve is clogged a bit but stupid stuff I can not open it, it is all plastic I am scare if I force too much I will break it and then I would need to change all the unit, I tried to rotate left or right by hand, a screwdriver or plier in the middle of the groove in the middle, a plier on the outside, pinching one of the stab, can it be that glued with the sediment stuck on it ?

What does your pressure gauge say during the filling process? Your fill valve may have a filter screen that can be cleaned. If you can find a brand for the fill valve, somebody may be able to find the instructions.

Replacing a fill valve is one of the simpler plumbing acts.

For your home water, you really would want to have a whole-house cartridge filter in line to take out silt and sand.

there is a blue cap on top of this fill valve, but no brand, I found something similar on google image, just I can not see under the cap, impossible to rotate, instead of a potential valve seal at 5$ 5 minutes job, I would need to change all the unit for 20$, not even the 20$ just this part where the valve seal sits on it no name or picture anywhere gr gr gr...
