We have a detached garage which is being turned into a mother in law apt. The sewer line is a long run to the main house- 50-75 ft. Need recommendations on toilet. My current house has Toto Drake CST744sl. Will this suffice

The Drake CST744SL would work for that.
If you want even more drain line carry, the Kohler K-3493 pressure assist with 1.6 gallon flush.
