Takagi Mobius T-M1 water leak.

After about 17 years of service my Takagi T-M1 has developed a small water leak from (I think) the heat exchanger on the left part of the heater. Wondering if anyone in the forum had any luck fixing similar issue.

New models of other major brands like Navien and Noritz are just great.
In the field tear down class that Takagi gave us, I found the time and effort not worth the energy. I quit working on them when the benefit vs age/value went off the scale.
