The Seahawks and the Packers opened the 2014 Football season with a Thursday night game.
Both good teams in sunny weather. Seahawks won the first one 36-16
Next for these teams is the 2015 Superbowl.

Pretty cool they ended up in the NFC CG. Great game!

Down 16-0 at the half.
Seahawks 28 Packers 22 at end of them.
We have seen so many 2nd half efforts by the Seahawks, so you can't really quit on them, if they aren't quitting.
Again, they surprise us with ways they find to win. Russell Wilson winds up with a 44.3 quarterback rating, and wins the game!
Rodgers was 55.8 but only 5.2 years an attempt. Wilson was at 7.2 yards an attempt.
Rodgers, 178 yards on 34 attempts = 5.2 yards
Wilson, 209 yards on 29 attempts = 7.2 yards


The Packers were taunting the fans, thinking maybe they would quit on their team? Nope!
At the end of the game, the 5th quarter, the seats were full. Nobody left early on this game. The place was rocking!

Winning is a choice

Winning in life means taking the current situation and doing the best you can with it. Winning means having no regrets later, knowing you did all you wanted to do, not leaving anything out of what could be your best effort. Assume that every action you take is as skillful as you imagine it to be. Let your thoughts create the reality of perfection. If mistakes happen, take this current situation and do the best you can with it.

Every experience we have is a form of learning. Every question we ask, adds to our experience as humans. When we were small children, everything we saw, touched and tasted was a wonderful and new experience. We tried everything, to find out what it was for and what it could do. We mimicked our parents and siblings, repeating everything we heard. We ran, stumbled, got up, laughed and ran again. The most valuable asset we have is a curious mind, pushing us to find out how large our world can be. How large can our world be? When we compete against ourselves, learning, experiencing, pushing our limits, who knows.

In a team setting, every individual on the team works toward making themselves the best they can be. Learning from each other, teaching new ones. In game situations, choices are made in the interest of the team, to get the ball to players with a special talent for scoring, maybe others are good at seeing the court, moving the ball, defending or rebounding. Every player brings a special quality to the team. (Terry Love)

Russell Wilson is 10 for 10 against Superbowl winning quarterbacks. He's 10 for ten for a 1.000 record.
Tom Brady is 15 and 8 for a .652 record.

Remember last year when Denver was just destroying the other team in the AFC championship. The Superbowl didn't go well for them.

The Denver Broncos crushed the New England Patriots 26-16, the score looking closer than it was, to advance to Super Bowl XLVIII.

And then lost to the Seahawks.

By the way, the Seahawks were underdogs last year. I believe they will be this year too.
It seems to work for them though.

The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network released its data analysis from the NFC Championship game that resulted in a stunning Seahawks victory against the Packers. PNSN seismologists used seismic sensors at Cenutriy Link to monitor the game.

I remember the television annoucers saying that their booth in the stadium was shaking.

Although they realize that a giant fireball wiping out University of Phoenix Stadium and Super Bowl XLIX could mean the end of their own lives, residents of Glendale, Ariz., say they would accept that if it spared the world from having either the Seahawks or Patriots win another Super Bowl.
