I have a well and it's about 20 years old. I replaced the pump with a constant pressure pump back in the summer. In the last couple of weeks, I've had "strange" bubbles in the water. If I pour a glass of water, it comes out relatively clear then begins to cloud up with extremely small bubbles (so small the you can just barely see individual bubbles). The glass continues to cloud up for 15 or more seconds until the glass in completely opaque. Then, slowly, the glass begins to clear as the bubble rise to the top.

I've seen something similar happen at individual faucets before, due to cavitation or mechanical agitation. But I've never seen this is all faucets. Any idea as to the cause?
