Stenner/Carlon water meter connections

Anyone know if these thread onto a Stenner JLP0750 meter where their supplied coupling would usually thread on? Would they include a washer on the straight threaded end?

I'm referring to the C connection here, not D. It says it's a 1" IPS thread.

The fitting you are looking at will fit over the 1" Carlon meter plumbing adapter. You must have the union fitting, not shown in the picture but is included with it.

Isn't the thread on the union adapter tapered and the tread on the meter straight like the prolock fitting I linked to?

See the drawing below. The Carlon meter includes unionized plumbing adapters not shown in the picture. These can be BSPT, MNPT, 3/4", 1" etc... by using different adapters the same meter can be used almost anywhere in the world.
