As an update, the guy that installed our shower door came to take a look. From everything he saw at first, he didn't think it was the problem. It didn't leak in this spot until right as he was leaving.

He then asked if he could take a big chunk of the silicone off of the front side of the shower door where the trim meets the tile. Once he took that silicone off, a good pool of water just came rushing out of where the silicone was.

That surprised him enough that he's gonna take the shower door completely apart, strip all the old silicone, clean and dry it, and replace the door with all new silicone.

If that doesn't fix it, finance new shower time. He, and our usual plumber both, can't figure out how that water is coming in where and how it does. He thinks it could possibly be getting in the door track and flowing down and coming out at any open spot.

Really hoping we get some kind of answer before having to get a whole new shower, although at this point a new one sounds great minus the cost.

And for reference, the circle is where the leak shot water out from today.

The red lines is where the floor has gotten soft also which will soon need patching.
