I went downstairs to discover that a joint in the sewer line is not glued and is leaking onto my stuff. Not sure how I can repair it without taking everything out.

Looks like it’s all PVC, including the black pipe. I’d cut that downward 12” piece of white PVC in half, replace the first 45, and then a new 6” PVC into a coupling where you cut it. If it won’t move enough to separate far enough to glue up, you could put a rubber coupler there instead of PVC. You might need to cut the black pipe behind the 45 also and coupler that.

ABS (black) pipe and PVC (white) pipe were never intended to be connected together with the cement made for either. Cut off the pipe to each side of the 45 and replace that section using a new one and some new stubs of pipe. Cement the new pipe into the new 45, but use shielded couplers to connect the new work back to the old.

If you are comfortable doing it or you end up bringing in a plumber, I recommend cutting more of that ABS out, because the sanitary tee should have never been installed there at the base of the stack, it should have been a combo or wye and 45 to properly direct the flow. A sanitary tee is not ever to be installed on the horizontal.
