Hi, longtime lurker installing 48x32 shower pan in area that had one piece fiberglass shower enclosure. I had to move the drain ( slab foundation with box shaped cutout in concrete, p trap tied into drain line) and am in process of roughing in glue fit p trap with vertical stub before I lower pan with drain installed.

My question is should I glue the horizontal run and then drop the pan down, test the vertical stub and then glue the vertical stub after ensuring fit ? I have measured center off both walls so I know where I should end up with my stub, just not sure of order to end up with best results. Appreciate any thoughts!
