Given that the kind of rubber washers I need seem fairly simple and common, I think this is a dumb question. But here goes:

I need three or four washers for a very old Toto Washlet, the Chloe, quickly renamed C100 after changes were made to the design.

I need parts 13 and 17. 17 is a fiber washer that replaced a rubber washer in an earlier design.

I contacted Toto about the parts, which I think I can find online. They suggested that I, you know, buy a new Washlet.

Any help much appreciated.

I would head to the hardware store and pick up washers there. For faucets I carry a box with many sizes. The locals hardware has plenty of sizes for you.
