Recirculation pump worth being on timer

In a commercial building where they are shut down for 10 hours a night. Would it make sense to have recirc pump on a timer. It's tied in with the gas hwt.

Are there maintenance efforts going on when the majority of people are gone? They'd probably want hot water to mop up, etc. WHat about a late meeting? Depending on the layout, it could take 10-s of minutes to get hot water.
