Puronic's Goodspring Carbon Replacement

I am attempting to replace the Puronics Goodspring model B-WS carbon media. I cannot get information from Puronics due to I'm not an authorized servicer/dealer.

Anyone by chance have a service manual, or know the type of carbon media to use?

It's a single tank, water conditioner, not a softener. It has carbon media inside that I can vacuum out , but not sure what type and how much to put back in. Pics attached..thank you
