Good evening to all. You've been very helpful in the past and I'm very grateful for your help.
i have a two level townhouse with an old Jaczzi 'double flush' toilet on the second floor- water and solid. The resupply of water after a flush is very weak and slow - Very. The quarter turn valve at the wall is turned to be fully open. So, I need to find where the water is turned off. I suspect it may be under the sink in the kitchen on the first floor but that doesn't Seem to be the case. I've looked in the water heater/hvac closet where the inlet to the house is but, to me, everything seems to be open.
The 'prankster' who mucked this up is the one suffering from the situation. So, it's not all gloom around here.
All replies and comments will be greatly appreciated.
With my regards,
Snorp
