I saw this post on softener settings. I have the same softener setup but with a backwashing catalytic carbon filter prior to the softener.
I’m suspicious that my installer did not program the carbon unit properly and would like to confirm.
What are the preferred settings on a Clack WS1 for 1.5 cu ft backwashing catalytic carbon filter?
I’m on municipal water, happy to give more details if needed. This is all new to me so sorry if i’m mincing terminology. Thanks!!
edit: 2 person household, water usage i’d guess is approx 250 gal/day
