Existing 1st floor full bathroom, adding a basement bathroom, and plans on a future 2nd floor full bathroom.

The basement septic pump I'm going with requires a 2" waste and a 2" vent pipe.
The plan is to tie-in the vent with a 2x2x2 sanitary tee above the bathroom sink flood level, and the waste on the main horizontal run with a 2x3x3 sanitary tee on a 45°.

Is my tie in plan ok?

For the future 2nd floor bathroom, a 3" main stack will be added, and all three vent lines combined before exiting the roof.

Also anything I should change in the existing plumbing would be helpful.
Should that tee in yellow be a sanitary tee?
Do I need to add venting to the old laundry drain line like the AAV in yellow?

I'm also thinking of increasing the laundry drain size to 3", should the stand pipe, p-trap, and check valve remain 2" or also 3"?

I'm fine with rebuilding the entire run if there is a better way. Thanks in advance for any input.
