Phister OX8, Need help with ID of shower faucet

House built circa 2000. Shower is leaking and I'm trying to replace the cartridge. Home Depoe plumbing person couldn't ID from photos.

Thank you!. Do you know of a special tool to remove the old one? I tried using a pair of needle nose pliers, but it wouldn't budge and I'm afraid if I try and force it too hard it will break.

The home was built in 1997.

All the chrome trim needs to be removed. You will see the 4 screws. Remove them and the chrome stem and bonnet can be removed. Then use your needle nose pliers to remove the grey balance cartridge.
