Pfister, Any idea what type of cartridge this faucet needs?

Newbie here so apologies if I got nothing wrong.

Tough one here. I need to buy replacement cartridges for a pfister tub spread faucet. I currently don’t have an access point so can’t remove in advance. Also can’t find model numbers. The handles and faucet are 12 years old. Going to need to temporarily remove a big piece of granite so need to buy cartridges first. I’ve attached a couple of pics and thought I’d take a shot here. Thanks!

1. WHY will you have to remove ANY granite?

As mentioned, should unscrew from top after shutting off water supply.

Call the 800 number. Sometimes they charge for shipping. If you want you can buy it oneline. Looks like yours:

Thanks for the great input. I had a professional look at it and said couldn’t unscrew from top. Not sure if maybe the plastic ring at the bottom in this pic prevents?

I have NEVER seen a faucet that you have to repair "from the bottom". He must NOT have been a very good "professional".
