Putting a shower into a basemet bathroom. Plan is to cut the stack at the 90and put in a wye with 45 to tie in. Then use an eccentric reducer to bring it to 2" since I don't have a lot of room to pitch the pipe. My question is should the shower trap tie in here with a tee or wye (it will be on its side)? The line is going to continue to the elbow for a washing machine drain. Total length under 3 feet

Also do I need to squeeze a vent in somewhere here?

Yes you need a vent. The air pressure at the bottom of a stack with falling water can cause some issues. You need to vent your traps.
