Hey All,

New to this, and I was hoping for some help. I am new to wet venting and I am looking to rearrange some things in the basement washroom, but due to its location, venting is going to be tough, so I was hoping I could wet vent this.

The picture is birds-eye view, I am looking into free 3d software but couldn't find any so I tried my best to draw it. Essentially, the 2 red x's (on the 3" vent and the 2" lav) is where the pipes will go up and out of the slab.

It is currently 4" clay, and this is the back of the house, so the pipe ends here. I was thinking about reducing to 3" pipe, and then having a WC about 3 feet to the left of the drain, then about 9 inches back from that wye I wanted to add a double wye that would branch with 2-2" lines for a shower and lav. About 4 feet away for the shower and 2.5 feet for the lav.

I was then going to run the 3" stack upwards, and I was hoping to move a drain for the upstairs tub and sink to drain into the stack and then afterwards go to the roof with it. The current upstairs tub and sink drain in another stack that is very inconveniently placed and the way the drains are run for those two fixtures take up a lot of space so I was hoping to tie them into this new stack, but only if it doesn't mess up venting.

Main question is, will this current setup act as a wet vent for the fixtures? (I can bring up a 1.5" pipe from the toilet and tie it into the stack above where I want to tie in the 2 upstairs fixtures if need be). Also, will adding in the upstairs tub and sink to the stack, screw up the venting for the other fixtures?

Your help is appreciated, sorry for the crude picture, I tried my best to show the plan.
