I added a pic of what I want to do as I am relocating washer and would like to add a sink but drain pipe is pretty high at 16" off floor.

Any ideas ?

Thanks Terry , exactly what I was looking for !!!
Way simpler !

Unfortunately I can't drop the Santee on the 3" as it's behind a 10" concrete wall .
Not much access unless I break the wall.

Can you just tell me if those are Santee's or twyes in your pic ?

Also you don't think hen washer drains water will come back up in sink or do I need a check valve ?

Thanks !

Matt

The fittings that vent on their backs are combo's or tee wyes, not santee's. At least that's what they want here for code. For years I used a santee and then they switched to combos. The reason being that if someone later wanted to wet vent something it was more doable. I see their point. Once walls are closed up it's always a guess as to what is in the wall. It's a safer bet for future to have the combos.
The vertical for the washer trap is a santee.
The water should drain out fine. You do have a p-trap on the sink anyway.

One last question, i have no choice to use a AAV in my application.
Venting is close to impossible as its a concrete wall behind and with no access to main stack.
So i can't loop back to main stack for venting.

I was gonna put the AAV in a recessed box with grill . The one they sell for Studor mini vent.

But the wife wants cupboards on top of the washer/dryer.So i don't want it in a cupboard.

So i would need the AAV to the far left of the drawing .
So can i install the AAV to the left above the sink ?
How high to i have to go to branch vents and install AAV ?
I was thinking 42" or higher than flood level of washer ?

Thanks !
