I have Dreamline Mirage sliding glass doors to install on a Jacuzzi Cayman acrylic base. The shower pan threshold is slightly sloped (outside to inside) so that water will run back in to the shower. The glass has a track that requires a level threshold. Setting aside the fact that this incompatibility should have been identified earlier -- is there a way to shim the track to level so this will work?

The track is 1 1/2" wide, the threshold slopes about 1/8" from outside to inside across the width of the track.

I thought about putting a 1/8" strip of aluminum under the inside edge of the threshold, but it seems like all the weight of the glass will be resting on just the inside corner of the strip. The glass is 3/8" thick and 72" tall, so the weight is not insignificant.

Many thanks for your input.
