I've been reading all over this site and can't quite figure out how to run the new drain/vent for a shower.

I'm replacing a fiberglass tub and wanted to upsize the 1.5" drain to 2" and move it to the center of the new shower. I only have 7 inches in the web of the joists to work with. My first thought was to run the new drain over to the vent and then follow the path of the old one down to the stack. It doesn't look like this will work though due to my hight restrictions.(a 2" sani T and elbow are ~9" tall.

I've also thought about using a Y or something to turn into the vent below the floor but it sounds like that isn't up to code either.

The sink is connected to the right rear so I don't have any way to make the green section a wet vent.

Is there anything simple I'm overlooking? Am I just out of luck?

Thanks for your help

Your first picture may be OK. The second one, no-- a dry vent cannot go horizontal at that level.

If you can join the lavatory drain to the shower (wet venting), venting can be easier.

Where is the lavatory, and what is upstream of the drain pipe shown?
Utah uses IPC.

This is what I came up with. It's hard to see but the y connected to the vent on the left is turned up 45 degrees.
