Mark,
That would be a tough job. I would have to pass on that one. That would be hard with two people even.
I had a job kind of similar to that but much lower to the ground, where I would have had to lift it up and out an over something. Why??????

They probably should have dropped the t+p drain pipe into the toilet tank....
no pan under the leaking heater either... could have put it in a pan and dropped it
down to the toilet too.....

no thinking here at all

yeah and then get sued when the superhot water cracked the tank and flooded the building. If there is a "roof structure" above the heater, I would attach a "come along" to it and then lower the heater out of the doorway with a barrel sling.

well, I suppose that tank could crack from hot water if you were actually stupid
enough to throw it in the back of the toilet tank in the first place....lol

I have never tried to drill a china toilet tank lid and make a hole in it ,
but if you have the right drill bit.......some dumb ass might try it...
or better yet , just throw a peice of plywood on the tank for a lid and paint it white.....

of course they are not showing a lot of brains in the first place
putting the heater up in a cavity like that....

just trying to get into the right mind set here HJ.....

Thinking outside the box.... lol
