Help identifying claw foot tub faucet

I have a faucet that continues to drip. I pulled it apart and replaced the cartridges and it still does. I think the previous homeowner may have put in the wrong cartridge. There are no markings on this faucet anywhere. Is there a way to figure out the correct cartridge for this?
