Sign of the crab

Can anyone here help me figure out where to find a replacement for this cartridge(link below). The person I bought the shower from said it was an Elkay so I contacted the company, but the guy there said its not one of their's. He said it looks like it could be a European brand. I've had no luck finding a similar looking cartridge or a company named Classic. Hoping someone has an idea...

The cartridge itself wont mix properly. It will only go all hot or all cold. I've tried soaking in CLR to no avail.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
