Hansgrohe shower head squeeling like a banshe

Replacing existing handheld shower with Hansgrohe shower head raindance S150. Old one didn't squeel. Didn't change valve. Single handle to regulate water. Squeals no matter what position the handle in is. Doesn't squeel when we run water out of just the pipe. Any ideas?

We figured it out. The company supplies a washer with instructions to put it in the part of the hose that screws into the arm. Removed the washed and the squeeling stopped. Thank goodness.
