I'm installing a Glenwall toilet on a Zurn 1212 carrier. I'm looking for any and all advice on this project. I'll just start with the obvious questions I have for now. First there are three holes in the flange that the waste horn screws into. I assume that the 3 small bolts with washers go here to simply hold the pieces together?? Next, the rubber gasket that goes in the face plate has some jelly like lube with it that says to put it on the rubber gasket and then on the first few threads of the waste horn before screwing it in. Is this the only thing that goes on the plastic threads to seal it, or should teflon tape be used as well?? I've read some posts in the past about actually mounting the toilet, but any professional tricks of the trade or advice would be greatly appreciated
