We got two Kohler Cimarron toilets installed in early January 2025 (In retrospect we should have chosen Highline because it has better reviews). Many reviews for Cimarron mention that the tank to bowl bolt design is bad and doesn't seal well, which makes people over tighten them which cracks the porcelain. We avoided this using replacement bolts from ACE Hardware that use the sub-nut bolt system described by Mr. Hardware
- brass replacement bolts are $9.59 in ACE https://www.acehardware.com/departments/plumbing/toilets/toilet-repair-parts/43050

Reviewers also talk about finding the toilet smashed in the box. We had this experience as well. Home Depot took back the smashed toilet and gave us a replacement. Apparently if you ask them to deliver they check the box. The forklift operator at Home Depot who fetched the replacement toilet for me told me that they shake the box hard to see if it rattles to make sure the toilet is not smashed inside.

All went well, I went under the house and checked that there are no leaks under the house. But I noticed some cracks in the glazing in the bowl under the water. It has been two-three weeks and there are no leaks from the bolts or under the toilet (I haven't gone back under the house to check again). Should I be concerned about the crack ? Should I leave it alone or try to repair it using a product for porcelain crack repair like this one ? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B5L3VF75

I'd leave it alone and not worry about it. If it's not leaking, then that blemish is just cosmetic.
