I am remodeling an old basement bathroom from around 1955 and I have a unique shower and arm. I doesn't look like any of the main 3 adapters(American Standard, Gerber, and Price Pfister) will work, as those are all 3 threaded to insert into a female adapter.

Anyone have any thoughts?

You can't cut and paste pictures...you have to use the 'upload a file' option. You may just have to replace the entire arm, as on something over 50-years old, depending on what it is, there may not be any adapter to fit something new. Hard to tell without seeing what you have.

My bad. Corrected photo issue and added a few with tape measure for perspective. I was connected to work server and it wouldn’t share the photos. I think I found a solution via 2 adapters, but a single adapter would be ideal.
