Four bolt toilet

The old four on the floor bolt toilets- are they all 14 in rough ins too? I was wondering if there is a way to know before pulling up the fixture. The bolts are 12 and 16 in from the wall.

If the first set of bolts are 12" from the wall, then it's a standard 12" rough.

You can get rid of the extra bolts.
