I have an Everbilt Sump Submersible Pump model SBA025BC, it makes a buzzing noise and stopped pumping water, oil leaked to the outside
Propeller looks good, connectors look good, extracted oil in the transparent container looks mixed with water
I would like your insights on how to repair it or to know if it is beyond repair

Anything with the name Everbuilt is not made to be repaired. it is made to last a short amount of time and be replaced, as that is what keeps the wheels of big industry going. It doesn't pay them to make something that will last or is repairable.
