Dripping Grohe shower/tub faucet

My Grohe shower/tub faucet, installed in 2006, has developed a constant drip this year. How do I figure out which model it is and what I need to replace? Are replacement parts for these readily available? It looks superficially like this (logo on top though.)

Best is to remove the cover to expose the valve.
