I have a quick question for you IF YOUD BE SO KIND TO GIVE ME A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME.

I know how to plumb so install is not a issue But which unit to go with? If I go it along I could get a unit for around I guess $700 to $1200 from local Plumbing supply house or Depot or Lowes. Or should I have a local guy do the sale install. He’s about $2000.00 for as he says the top of the line unit with a Erie Valve. And water leak sencer.

HE is "Intermountain Soft Water" 4.8 on google review
Address: 220 S 1060 W, Lindon, UT 84042
Intermountain has a unit they sell that they brand with there name on it so I have no idea what I’m getting they claim is great unit for where I live which is know for some of the hardest water in the country.

SO to go to a local for around $1600 to $2500 or go DIY
Thoughts?
