Hi All,

Could you please help me to figure out what's the make/model for this single-lever handle shower faucet? (pictures attached) We installed this faucet back in 2005, there is leak somewhere inside the wall caused water leaking through ceiling when someone taking shower upstairs. I would like to replace the cartridge first to see if that can resolve the issue but not sure where to start. (I can't even locate a small set screw in the handle or anywhere else.

Thanks so much!!

If the leak is only noticeable when the shower is used, the leak is from the valve body to the shower head. A cartridge usually does not leak externally.

At the shower arm, under the flange the shower arm threads into a drop ear. Check under the flange.
At the valve, remove the handle and cover plate. Turn on the water an look for leaks in that area. The diverter could be leaking.

Thanks so much!!

I found the water leak, nothing major, water dripping - attached pictures.

I don't know what to call it, its a device to swatch from the tub faucet to the shower head (shower diverter valve)?

I'm not sure if I can just buy the part to swap out or a whole unit replacement?

I'm also wondering if plumber caulk can stop leaking? (I already tried PTFE tape and plumbers putty - they did not stop leaking)

Thanks again!

I received the Diverter today, thank you!

I'm not sure what to do with the little spring and black & red cap that came with the Diverter. Can you please assist? attached pictures below - Thank you!!
