I have a BainUltra bathtub with a Roman faucet set. Water is leaking from the diverter rod, as you can see the green rust in the picture, while water is running. Also, one of the handles cannot be shut off completely, and we can see water drops from the sprout every few seconds, even if both handles are in the off position.
I am guessing the problem is the valve or cartridge. If someone can help identify the manufacturer, I can source the parts. Otherwise, I am looking for a replacement. I have checked both Moen and Delta Roman faucets, but I am wondering if their sprout is long enough to reach the tub from the far corner.
