Does anyone know what caused my tankless hot water heater condensation and pressure relief copper pipe to rot away.

Difficult to tell with so little information and no close-up photos. But it looks like the copper may be melted. If so, then I'd suspect an electrical cause.

The condensate would be acid. The condensate is often neutralized before being piped away.

I don't know why temperature and pressure relief water would eat up a pipe.

What is that WH brand? Havich, or what?
