I have a 2 valve shower / tub combo. My issue is when I turn on the hot or cold water I just get a few drops from the tub faucet. I've already replaced the stems but no luck. Anybody have a method on clearing the clog or do I have to replace the valve body?

Your "restrictor" in the center of the valve body is obstructed. It has a small "ring" around it where the water goes down to the spout and corrosion has blocked it. You will have to remove the shower riser, pry the restrictor out, plug the top of the valve, install a "twin ell" for the spout and conncect the shower riser to the rear opening of the "twin ell".
