Almost all the plumbers on this site are U.S. based. You don't look like you are located where we would have knowledge of that item.
Basic tech: There must be a seal that provides what you need. Pull it apart and replace the seal. Look up the fixture mfr for exploded parts diagram. Also replace washer or the entire fill valve.
