Good day all,
We have a classic Case 3000 which started leaking from the drain. Purchased the neoprene seal and looking to remove toilet from carrier, supply is disconnected and both lower bolts are removed… the lower section is freely moving. Ive read there is a special “carrier bar” for these toilets but cannot find a picture or info on them… this thing is stuck to the wall at the top of the tank where I would conclude this mysterious “bar” is located. Would anyone have advice on how to remove toilet at this stage, tried pulling up and out, wiggling left right but nothing will free this thing, dont want to damage as its a beauty. Any help would be much appreciated!!

It should lift up and off the bracket. It must be stuck.
This was my hope. The stems of the bolts are all the way at the bottom of the mounting holes on the toilet so lifting up is limited, but i can swing the bottom out an inch or so. Is there a way to remove these bolts? Do you happen to have an image of the bracket or the rear of the toilet while off the wall so i can understand how its being held, i dont want to crack it. Thanks for the advice
