Can anyone help identify this kitchen faucet?

My mom feels strongly that she purchased the faucet at Lowes but it was about 3 years ago so she's not 100% sure. It stopped swiveling so we're trying to contact the company but don't know which to contact.

At first she thought it was a Delta, but we sent them a pic and it's not. They were more and willing to help if it was though.

We went to Lowes but they were unable to identify also.
