We just added a new edition that is not yet complete. Our vacuity toliet in the house now gurgles and burps when it rains. Can anyone help us? I have another vacuity to put in the new addition. I don't think I could take all the noise when it rains.

That toilet pretty much works like other toilets.

Meaning, it may be some other problem.

Was the new plumbing in the addition vented?
Were there p-traps installed for the other fixtures?

Or are you listening to the rain gutters?

If you have any kind of storm drain or basement drain dumping into the sewer line, and it is geting water when it rains you could be hearing this. If you are on a septic tank system you could have a problem allowing rain water to enter the system. Could be a tank that needs pumped or a drainfield line taking water.
