Best option to installing a washer drain

I need to install a washer drain what is my best option i have access to the main stack

The wye at the vent pipe is wrong. It must be turning upward and purple primer should be used at all joints before glueing.

Also looks like Fernco coupling not allowed in some codes should have been a banded coupling as it is more sturdy and is more professional.

The Wye is actually a sanitary tee and either way it was installed backwards

I’m wrong on the wye as Sylvan stated. If there is room place a board between the studs to support the washer fixture. A 1x4 would be ok.

Another suggestion, since this wall is behind a washer and a bathroom, when replacing the drywall install an access panel. If there is ever a problem it be a quick and easy way to check the plumbing. These plastic ones are light weight, no framing needed, attach to the drywall with caulking and can be painted over.
